Street art in Via Cavour

Street art in Via Cavour

Gemellarte, an independent festival of contemporary art, returns after the 2019 edition, with a national call dedicated to street art, still under the sign of the twinning with France. Between Terni and Saint’Ouen, a few kilometres away from Paris, a new cultural exchange is born in the name of Renaissance which will take shape with a double artistic residence. From the 26th of October to the 5th of November, an Italian artist will be “sent” to residence in Saint’Ouen and a French artist, winner of the call, will be hosted in Terni to create a work with dimensions h 4,7 x 3,4 metres – in via Cavour, next to Porta Sant’Angelo, near one of the ancient access gates to the city and municipal gardens.
The work will further enhance the various street art works made in the city centre during the past years.
